Technicians who pass the (ExCPT) Pharmacy Exam are granted the title of Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). The National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certification program was established by the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ICPT) which is now a part of NHA.

About the test:

Applicants can register online for the ExCPT and pay the $105 exam fee. The NHA offers various different products including study guides, flash cards, handbooks, tutorials, etc. to help prepare for the exam.
