How to become a pharmacy technician in Oregon
Pharmacy Technician:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Obtain license: fill out application, pay license fee, submit photo, and fingerprint and background check
- Must apply for Certified Pharmacy Technician license within 1 year
Certified Pharmacy Technician:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- PTCB or ICPT certification
- Obtain license: fill out application, pay license fee, submit photo, and fingerprint and background check
- Renew annually
