How to become a pharmacy technician in New Mexico

  1. Register with the Board as a non-certified pharmacy technician: fill out application and pay registration fee
  2. Receive on-the-job training within one year of registration
  3. Must obtain PTCB or ICPT certification within one year of registration
  4. Apply for certified technician status after initial training and certification
