Indiana Pharmacy Technician Requirements

How to become a pharmacy technician in Indiana

  1. Must be of 18 years of age or older
  2. High school diploma or GED or currently enrolled in high school
  3. Pass background check
  4. Register with the State Board: fill out application and pay registration fee
  5. One of the following:
    • Completed an Indiana Board approved training program
    • -OR-
    • PTCB or ExCPT certification
